We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our logistics operations in Phoenix, Arizona. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring efficient put-away and retrieval processes. A deep understanding of inventory management systems and principles is essential. This role requires a meticulous approach to data entry and analysis, as you will be responsible for reporting on inventory accuracy and identifying trends. Adherence to all safety regulations and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. While this role may involve less heavy lifting than other warehouse positions, the ability to occasionally move items and the general physical demands of a warehouse environment should be considered. You will collaborate closely with receiving, shipping, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate inventory data supports all logistics functions. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using warehouse technology are highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stockouts or overstocks.

- Oversee put-away and retrieval processes for accuracy.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports on accuracy and trends.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and utilize PPE as needed.
