Job Summary:
Seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Distribution Center Associates in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient handling and processing of goods. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential. We provide a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth within the logistics sector. Key duties include:
  • Receiving incoming inventory and verifying against shipping documents.
  • Stocking merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently using scanners or pick lists.
  • Packing orders with care to ensure product safety during transit.
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Following all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participating in inventory management activities.
  • Performing physical tasks including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals in our logistics hub.
This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods, and possess good manual dexterity. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required, as we offer comprehensive training. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all associates to actively contribute to maintaining it.
