Seeking a diligent Order Picker to join our Washington, D.C. warehouse team! As an Order Picker, you will play a vital role in our logistics network by accurately retrieving items for customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently locate and gather products using scanners and order sheets, ensuring that shipments are accurate and timely. This position demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of quality and safety. - Locating and retrieving specified items from various warehouse locations.
- Using RF scanners and order pick sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Verifying product details against order requirements.
- Packing items appropriately for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Maintaining an organized and safe workspace.
- Strict adherence to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participating in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Performing manual lifting of packages and products, with capabilities for lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
