We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This role is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting items up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety vests and footwear.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
