Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
- Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Understanding and adherence to safety guidelines and the use of PPE.
