Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art distribution center in Durham, North Carolina. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will handle a variety of tasks related to order processing, from picking and packing to staging for shipment, playing a vital part in our logistics network. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
  • Stage completed orders in designated areas for carrier pickup.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking processes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE consistently.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away functions as needed to support overall logistics flow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to enhance warehouse productivity.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Understanding and adherence to safety procedures and the use of PPE.
