We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art distribution center in Durham, North Carolina. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will handle a variety of tasks related to order processing, from picking and packing to staging for shipment, playing a vital part in our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for carrier pickup.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE consistently.
- Assist with receiving and put-away functions as needed to support overall logistics flow.
- Perform other duties as assigned to enhance warehouse productivity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Understanding and adherence to safety procedures and the use of PPE.
