Job Summary:
Join our team in San Antonio, Texas, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is central to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using picklists or scanning devices.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all PPE requirements and safety procedures to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with logistics processes is a plus.
