Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Detroit, Michigan! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support the day-to-day operations of our bustling warehouse. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks that keep our logistics moving smoothly. This role is physically demanding and requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks, moving materials within the warehouse, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. We provide all necessary training, including proper lifting techniques and the safe operation of equipment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions. Prior experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial but not required. Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in receiving and stocking of incoming goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping, tidying, and removing debris.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
This position requires frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing and walking. We are focused on safety in all our logistics operations. Come grow with us!
