Our Raleigh, North Carolina facility is looking for motivated Warehouse Workers to join our operations. This role is fundamental to the success of our logistics and supply chain, involving a variety of essential warehouse tasks. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of products through our facility, meeting operational demands and customer expectations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, requiring all employees to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe lifting guidelines. You will collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. This is a great entry-level position for individuals looking to establish a career in the warehousing and logistics sector.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Unload and load trucks as directed.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming goods.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Identify and report any damages or safety hazards.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed to support logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation.
- Understanding of safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various warehouse tasks.
