Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory and shipments.
- Put away stock in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick items for orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage orders for outgoing transport.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve distribution center goals and support logistics objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures, including PPE use.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and supply chain concepts is beneficial.
