Responsibilities:
- Retrieve items from warehouse shelves according to pick lists or scanner directions.
- Verify product information to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, promoting efficient operations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks accurately.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or picking role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
