Join our bustling Fulfillment Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is essential to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from placement to shipment. You will be responsible for various tasks including receiving and processing incoming inventory, picking items for orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and all associates are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines diligently. This position requires physical activity, including frequent Lifting of packages up to 30 pounds and extended periods of standing and moving throughout the warehouse. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain our high standards. - Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Conduct inventory checks and participate in cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
