Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana! We are looking for reliable and energetic individuals to contribute to our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will be essential for ensuring smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a productive and safe work environment. Understanding and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving Lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly. We are a key player in the logistics sector, and your contribution will directly impact our success in delivering products to our customers. - Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery.
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, as needed.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed.
