We are actively seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. As a key player in our logistics operations, you will contribute to the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate possesses a strong commitment to Safety, excellent organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to work. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of warehouse functions, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, meticulously stocking inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. This role involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure work environment is essential, and strict adherence to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandated use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify inbound shipments.
- Stock merchandise efficiently and accurately in assigned areas.
- Select items for orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Package products safely and securely for shipment.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Comply with all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred).
- Report any operational inefficiencies or Safety hazards to management.
- Consistently wear all appropriate PPE, including safety glasses and footwear.
