We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, contributing to the efficient management of inventory within our warehouse. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to Safety. You will be involved in a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This position requires the ability to perform tasks that involve regular Lifting of products, often weighing up to 50 pounds. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount, and you will be expected to strictly adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures. The proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise.
- Stock inventory in assigned locations accurately.
- Pick customer orders using order sheets or scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Follow all Safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as required.
- Report any damages or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Wear all mandated PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
