About The Role
Are you ready to take the culinary lead at Butlin's in Minehead? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Kitchen Manager / Head Chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this exciting role, you’ll have the chance to:

• Lead and develop a talented team in our vibrant Restaurants Department.
• Ensure Junior Kitchen Managers are effectively leading each shift.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety and Health & Safety policies.
• Manage food orders with our onsite warehouse and uphold HACCP processes.
• Collaborate with the Food Development Team to tackle operational challenges.
• Foster a motivated, proactive culinary team that prioritizes quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement cost control procedures and monitor waste and breakage.
• Work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless operations.

We’re seeking individuals who bring:

• Proven experience in a similar kitchen management role.
• A track record of effectively developing team performance in a commercial culinary environment.
• A hardworking, determined attitude with a knack for finding better ways to meet our brand standards.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a fun-loving spirit that enhances the guest experience.
• A Level 3 Food Safety qualification and confidence in leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced kitchen.

Typical working hours: 40 hours per week, five days over seven.
