Nursery Practitioner - Level 2

Hours: 40 hours - 4-5 days per week

Salary: Level 2 Salary £26,291.20 per annum

We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. If you have a love for early years education and hold a Level 2 Childcare qualification, we want to hear from you!

This full-time role involves working 40 hours a week with flexible shift patterns between 7:30 am - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, all year round.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities tailored to each child's learning and development.
• Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
• Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A full and relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification - essential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
• Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years - desirable.
• Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
