Salary: £30,555.20 per annum + £1000 welcome bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week
Qualification: Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential

Here, every day is a new adventure for our children, filled with exciting activities like French lessons and hands-on exploration in our spacious outdoor area, complete with a mud kitchen for all the messy fun!
We are on the lookout for a passionate and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our friendly team. If you have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and are ready to work full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible shifts between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, we want to hear from you!

The RoleAs a Room Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging, age-appropriate learning environments and experiences.
- Supporting children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
- Helping staff maintain high-quality learning journals via EyLog.
- Leading by example with fairness and consistency.
- Strengthening the key person approach and identifying staff training needs.
- Keeping accurate records using EyMan and other systems.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and visitors.
- Complying with EYFS statutory requirements.
You are compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every day. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Essential:- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Confident written and spoken English
- Experience in an Early Years setting
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
