Sheet Metal Worker

Location: Glasgow – Govan and Scotstoun (On-site attendance required for a recruitment day in Glasgow)

Salary: £38,662.00 (with an additional shift allowance of 33% potentially applicable)

As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will play a crucial role in our mission to design and build world-leading naval ships. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality solutions that support the security and defense of nations around the globe.

• Manufacturing and installing ventilation and furniture
• Striving for quality by adhering to engineering standards
• Utilizing a variety of hand tools
• Applying your hand skills for both manufacturing and installation
• Interpreting manufacturing and installation drawings

• Modern Apprenticeship certificate (Trade Papers required)
• Strong understanding of SHE , COSHH risks, and manufacturing processes
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
• Safety certifications (e.g., SHE Induction, COSHH awareness, working at height)
• Experience in a major construction or manufacturing environment
