Job Summary The Microsoft 365 Collaboration Solutions Architect will focus on implementing cutting-edge Microsoft 365 workloads, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and other related solutions for our diverse customer and partner base. You'll collaborate closely with fellow Solutions Architects to configure, install, and deploy Microsoft 365 technologies seamlessly. This is a remote position with a home office setup determined by SHI management. Role Description Implement and optimize Microsoft 365 technologies such as:
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint Online
OneDrive for Business
Microsoft Power Platform
Microsoft Viva
Advise customers and partners on best practices for Microsoft 365 deployments
Migrate and deploy various Microsoft 365 workloads following SHI’s established standards
Analyze and gather environment discovery data using SHI's developed tools and scripts
Create and update documentation for customer Microsoft 365 environments and integrations
Support Solution Architects with project tasks around Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and consolidations
Engage and discuss ideas with customers about Microsoft 365 technology in consultation sessions
Collaborate with the delivery team on project tasks, ensuring accountability for project success
Document best practices, lessons learned, and guidance for customers and internal teams
Work with the sales team to identify and seize opportunities through customer discussions and proposals
Lead the formulation of Statements of Work (SOWs) to align with client needs and business goals
Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by recognizing new opportunities and refining service offerings
Collaborate with partner teams to develop comprehensive service solutions
Coordinate with SHI sales teams for a unified approach to service delivery and customer relations
Contribute to the growth of our practice by identifying opportunities, spearheading innovation, and establishing practice standards to ensure superior service delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Provide expert advice and insights on service delivery trends, best practices, and technology innovations
Evaluate current business processes and suggest improvements based on industry trends
Oversee the selection and evaluation of hardware and software standards and provide technical recommendations
Stay updated on new technologies and frameworks, phasing out legacy solutions where necessary

Skill Level Requirements Proficient in overseeing and directing projects to successful completion - Intermediate
Adept in identifying and managing technical project specifications through stakeholder engagement - Intermediate
Capable of designing and developing robust systems and solutions - Intermediate
Experience in scripting and coding for task automation and software development - Intermediate
Understanding of infrastructure components and orchestration tools for comprehensive solutions - Intermediate
Skilled in drafting detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and enhancing revenue through engagements - Intermediate
Significant experience in large-scale IT projects involving design, deployment, and configuration - Intermediate
Other Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering
5+ years of progressively responsible technical experience
3+ years of experience in designing and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology
3+ years of experience in migrating Microsoft Collaboration technology
3+ years of experience in automation and deployment scripting
Willingness to travel occasionally
The base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $150,000. The estimated on-target earnings, including salary and bonuses, are between $150,000 and $180,000. Compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and market location. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
