Key Responsibilities Lead the development of technology proposals that align with client needs and showcase Cadmus's capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and articulate innovative technical solutions in proposal submissions.
Act as the technical volume lead for proposal teams, crafting persuasive narratives that highlight Cadmus's unique value proposition.
Analyze RFPs/RFQs and develop targeted response strategies, ensuring continuous communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the process.
Employ insights on industry trends to strategically position Cadmus in the market, driving continuous improvement based on client feedback and performance analysis.
Qualifications Proven experience in developing successful technology proposals for government and public sector clients, with a knack for strategizing responses and aligning technical solutions.
Exceptional aptitude for conceptualizing and designing technical solutions, combined with an in-depth understanding of technology landscapes.
Strong proposal writing and editing skills, capable of conveying complex ideas in clear, engaging language. Experience in a technical volume lead or contributor role is highly regarded.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive proposal strategies.
Advanced analytical and strategic planning skills, paired with excellent presentation abilities to effectively communicate value propositions.
Experience in managing client relationships and utilizing market knowledge for strategic proposal submissions.
A commitment to continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned to refine the proposal process.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance are required.
Additional Information: All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen. Cadmus provides an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid disability and life insurance, a 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, and various bonus programs. The minimum starting salary for this position is $160,000, with potential for higher compensation based on relevant experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
