The GCP Cloud Architect will serve as a subject matter expert in Google Cloud technologies, leading enterprise application migrations and cloud-native solution design to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective platforms that support business objectives. Requirement/Must Have:
Extensive experience in Google Cloud architecture and enterprise cloud migration. Hands-on experience with Java and C# for application modernization. Experience with API management using Apigee. Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation. Google Professional Cloud Architect certification. Strong ability to translate business needs into technical architecture. Experience with IAM, encryption, load balancing, and enterprise networking. Experience:
Twelve or more years of IT experience including cloud application architecture and large-scale migration projects. Experience in customer-facing technical roles working with executive and engineering stakeholders. Experience migrating or transforming legacy enterprise applications to Google Cloud. Responsibilities:
ct as a subject matter expert on Google Cloud services, architecture patterns, and migration strategies. Design, develop, and manage secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-effective cloud solutions. Lead end-to-end migrations from legacy platforms to Google Cloud including assessment, design, re-platforming, and modernization. rchitect cloud-native and hybrid solutions using Cloud Run, GKE, Compute Engine, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and VPC networking. Build application modernization roadmaps using Java and C# with microservices and API-first design. Develop and govern CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, and Artifact Registry. Present architecture recommendations to customers and senior executives. Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution materials. Provide technical training and enablement to internal teams. Ensure deployments meet security, compliance, reliability, and cost-optimization standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple technical engagements. Document solution blueprints, migration strategies, and deployment runbooks. Skills:
Google Cloud Platform architecture and migration. Java and C# application development. PI management using Apigee. CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation. Container-based deployments using Cloud Run and GKE. Security, networking, and observability in cloud environments. Qualification And Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. Google Professional Cloud Architect certification.
