As part of the People Tech & AI team you will lead the design, delivery, and governance of advanced AI and agent-based solutions that transform how organizations manage, support, and empower their workforce. As a Manager you will manage teams, shape technical strategy, and advise clients on deploying secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions across People and HR ecosystems. Bachelor's Degree At least 6 years of experience in back-end engineering, conversational UI development, or enterprise application development In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college What Sets You Apart
