divh2Designer/Sales Consultant/h2pKitchen Tune-Up is seeking in-home specialty remodeling professionals for the role of Designer/Sales Consultant. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand./ppA new team member can expect to run 5 to 8 appointments (initial estimate) per week from our provided qualified leads. Your consultative efforts are solidly backed by a local business with an excellent reputation, and a national franchise system in business for over three decades. If you are willing to make a commitment to learn our products and processes, are friendly and personable; you will be a success. Our work is consistent year around, no worry about seasonality./ppThis is a commission role with high closing rate and eligibility for benefits after 90 days. Commission upside potential is unlimited and uncapped! High performers can expect earning potential of $200,000 or more./ph3Job Duties/h3ulliConduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided)./liliConduct scheduled in-home consultations, making presentations to homeowners./liliConfident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow up, strong desire to win and succeed./liliAssembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale./liliRevises quotes as customers wants and needs are assessed./liliCollaborates and communicates with sales manager on ongoing basis/liliContinues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities./liliCooperatively market your skills as an industry professional./liliComputer and smartphone proficient./liliConvert as many sales appointments as possible into sales (a minimum of 30% is expected)/liliWilling to develop account based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms./li/ulh3Job Requirements/h3ulliHighly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic/liliAttend KTU weekly sales coaching call/liliOptimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliProfessional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes/liliSpeak clearly using appropriate language and vocabulary/liliStrong negotiating skills/liliParticipate in home/trade shows/liliAble to work days, some evenings and some weekend appointments/liliMust have reliable transportation/li/ulh3Why Work for Kitchen Tune-Up/h3ulliReceive paid professional sales training/liliAttractive bonus structure/liliMileage and expense reimbursement/liliHealth insurance after 90 days/liliRapid growth in the Bloomfield, New Jersey area/liliWe are a high-quality company with an excellent reputation.
