Then we want to hear from you!/ppstrongPosition Overview:/strong As the public face of Kimbrells Furniture, the Sales Associate is responsible for assisting with any and all customer questions about the products and services Kimbrells offers. Sales Associates are expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the companys products, services, and policies. Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting Kimbrells commitment to our customers./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliMeet and communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner, presenting facts related to our home furnishings and products./liliPromptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction./liliAchieving established goals. Go the extra mile to drive sales/liliDirecting customers to merchandise within the store./liliSuperior product knowledge./liliMaintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor./liliIntroducing promotions and opportunities to customers./liliCross-selling products to increase purchase amounts./liliBuild productive trusting relationships with customers to ensure future sales./li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliExcellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills/liliEnthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service/liliIdentify furniture by number, color, or description from invoices and complete sales contracts legibly including written directions to the customers residence, if necessary./liliRead and follow assembly instructions of home furnishings, assembling merchandise for display and delivery. Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours as directed by the Manager. Comply with all Kimbrells Furnitures rules and policies.
