divh2Counter Sales Representative/h2pCapital Electric, a distributor of electrical construction materials, is currently seeking an individual eager to start a career in the Electrical Distribution Industry at our Hagerstown, MD location. A Counter Sales associate for Capital Electric is responsible for selling product to customers, assisting customers with product selection, and develop customer relationships to ensure Capital Electric remains the Electrical Distributor of Choice./ppResponsibilities:/pulliHandle incoming customer phone calls/liliGreet walk-in customers/liliAssist customer with order and provide appropriate product selection/liliPick customer order from warehouse and bring to counter/liliPrepare customer sales ticket and charge accordingly/liliPromote and sell companys product promotions/liliProvide assistance to certain warehouse functions/liliReach monthly goals in sales and gross margin/liliCourtesy and politeness toward customers/liliMulti-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day/liliOther duties as required/li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliHigh School or GED/liliSales experience and/or Electrical Knowledge preferred, but will train the right candidate/liliGood and dependable mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills/liliComputer and MS Office literate/liliAble to lift up to 50 lbs. on regular basis; up to 70 lbs. occasionally/liliReliable, responsible, and a great work ethic/li/ulpSalary: $17 to 22 / hour with commission potential/ppWhat We Offer You:/ppWe offer great family-friendly benefits to full-time associates:/pulliHealthcare plans/liliDental
