divh2Sales Intern/h2pSales Internships are offered in our Sales and Marketing business groups. This role is ideal for individuals who aspire to be a Regional Sales Manager and will shadow top RSMs, support real sales activities, and take on projects that test your hunger, communication, organization, and ability to take on sales as a potential career in the future. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment./ppResponsibilities may include:/pulliSales Development and Market Research for new and emerging market segments/liliSales Support including scheduling and preparing for customer meetings, documenting best practices and process gaps, and suggesting improvements/liliSales Operations and Funnel Management including tracking opportunities, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce (SFDC) and building dashboards and reports for the broader sales team/liliOwning a small sales initiative for the full sales cycle. Tasks including, but not limited to, building a sales rep enablement toolkit, developing the strategy for a new market segment, developing and organizing new sales collateral, and finding a customer to qualify/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree in Engineering or Science related field preferred/liliPrevious work or exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) a plus/liliProficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/liliExcellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills/liliAbility to compile, analyze, and manage large datasets to support business insights/liliAttention to detail is a must have/liliAbility to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment/liliProactive self-starters who take initiative, anticipate needs, and confidently chart their own path without waiting for direction/li/ulpWhat youll gain:/pulliExposure to real-world sales strategy and execution/liliMentorship from experienced RSMs and sales leaders/liliA Chance to prove youre ready for more than just an internship/liliBe part of a team that is shaping the future of communication and technology/li/ul/div
