As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition growth at Kikoff by identifying, prospecting, and closing potential new partners. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, host meetings/calls, and bring new partners into our affiliate referral program to expand our user acquisition scale./ph3Responsibilities/h3pNorth Star Objectives/pulliChampion Kikoffs products and services and become the influential first point of contact for external prospective partners/liliHeavily contribute to Kikoffs ambitious new user acquisition goals through SMB sales/liliConsistently overachieve monthly sales quota goals and grow your career as a contributing member of Kikoff/li/ulpLead Generation and Prospecting/pulliUtilize various channels such as AI/sales tools, LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and industry events to generate leads and initiate contact/liliManage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales prospects to achieve frequent quality responses/liliDevelop and implement strategies to expand the affiliate referrals network and refine the companys sales playbook/li/ulpPerformance Tracking and Reporting/pulliMonitor and track affiliate performance metrics such as leads generated, conversions, and retention rates/liliAnalyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization/liliPrepare regular reports and updates on affiliate program performance to share with key stakeholders/li/ulpSales Enablement and Collaboration/pulliCollaborate closely with the partnerships and marketing teams to align on user acquisition efforts with broader company objectives and initiatives/liliProvide support in developing sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate our value proposition/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliExperience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas/liliSelf motivated and results-oriented individual whos committed to producing 50-100 reach outs per day/liliBackground knowledge or experience with tech, consumer credit scores, and financial service prospecting preferred/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills via phone and email, with the ability to effectively engage and influence potential prospects/liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines/liliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred./li/ulpKikoff: A FinTech Unicorn Powering Financial Progress with AI At Kikoff, our mission is to provide radically affordable financial tools to help consumers achieve financial security.
