Retention of Atlanta Gas Light (AGL) and Chattanooga Gas Company (CGC). Must be a team player with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. This position follows a hybrid work schedule. Employees are required to be in the office four (4) days per week./ppstrongRepresentative Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliTrack and report on sales programs including response and conversion rates/liliPrepare a variety of weekly and monthly reports to support the Growth
Retention team/liliPerform monthly data quality verification checks on new and existing projects/liliResponsible for in-house program management, including but not limited to, tracking applications, verifying status and eligibility, contacting customers, employees, builders, marketers, or contractors for more information or in the event of a discrepancy, processing check payments, sending correspondence, tracking, reporting, and serving as point of contact for answering questions relating to the program/liliEducate current and prospective customers on the benefits of natural gas, natural gas appliances, cost savings of converting to natural gas, and answer any questions the customer may have related to any of our growth and retention programs or questions on the process of converting to natural gas/liliResponsible for managing customer touchpoints as part of Growth
Retention programs, including serving as point of contact, determining program eligibility, managing agreements and terms
conditions, maintaining all notes and paperwork, processing invoices, and handling customer questions and concerns/liliProvide support and help manage programs focused on converting new customers and existing customers to natural gas/liliMaintain several departmental databases and ensure accurate reporting and tracking to support the Growth
Retention department/liliProvide ad-hoc support to management related to reports, metrics, goals, budget, programs, etc./liliPerform onboarding tasks such as creating new requests, entering gas loads, entering customer contact information, corresponding with customers, contractors, marketers, and builders, and completing onboarding tasks/liliArrange meeting logistics (e.g., schedules meetings, reserves meeting space, orders refreshments/audio visual equipment or other materials); monitors and follows-up on meeting requests, sends reminders, and other communication as required/liliSend form letters and/or mass mailings to customers, upon customer or new business representatives request/liliProcess and track invoices to ensure payment; track invoices paid for budget reconciliation and planning/liliSupport sales management in identifying new customers, markets, and applications for natural gas and assesses the business impact of those implications/liliProvide research assistance for strategic planning and business development efforts as well as ad-hoc research requests/liliConduct inside sales calls to prospective natural gas customers/liliManage employee and customer referral programs designed to encourage lead generation and topline growth/liliBe proficient in several company systems including GSCA, GCMA, CCB, WMIS, GLOBE and ARM/liliUpdate customer information in GCMA and CCB, as needed, and serve as research expert on customer accounts/liliMake customer calls for account executives and create PWR/BCAs when needed, provide coverage for account executives during planned and unplanned absences/liliResponsible for helping lead Records
Information Management (RIM) program for department/liliResponsible for special projects, as requested/liliMaintains working knowledge of all company products and services, as well as operating policies and procedures/liliOther duties as assigned in support of company growth and retention/li/ulpstrongEducation and Experience:/strong/ppstrongRequired:/strong/ppBA/BS degree with 2-3 years applicable experience/ppOr equivalent combination of academic education and experience/ppstrongPreferred:/strong/ppNatural Gas industry experience with 2-3 years sales, construction, or GIS experience/ppstrongSkills:/strong/ppstrongRequired:/strong/pulliAdvanced Microsoft office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)/liliMust be able to independently set priorities of tasks amongst muliple assigned projects/liliStrong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work with all levels within the organization/liliAbility to effectively sell, listen, and communicate with customers/liliSuperior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently/li/ul/div
