We are hiring a full-time Data Analyst to work at our Norton Shores, MI office. Please note that we are considering
local candidates only , and relocation is not being provided. The individual we hire will be required to work
in the office 3 days per week.

Job Description:
The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support decision-making across product strategy, supply chain, and customer engagement. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, vendors, and other areas of the business). • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across platforms. • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs related to sales, inventory, and customer behavior. • Collect data related to quantity of products sold, product attributes, results of product launches, dimensions of products, and overall sales data. • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support product strategy and operational improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to provide data-driven recommendations. • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company standards and best practices. • Assist in forecasting demand and optimizing inventory levels using statistical models. • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed. • Analysis & Interpretation:
o Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
o Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. • Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency.
o Stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Essential Skills & Experience: • College degree in data analytics, statistics, finance, business or similar major strongly preferred, along with at least 1 year of related work experience is preferred. • Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and process improvement. • Excellent problem-solving, data interpretation, and communication skills. • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, along with other Microsoft applications. • Experience with BI tools is a plus but not required. (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus but not required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in industrial components distribution or manufacturing supply chains is a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
