Our client, a $75M bath furniture and fixtures company, is hiring a
Business Intelligence Analyst
to transform large volumes of ERP data into actionable insight that supports operational and financial decision-making. Reporting into accounting and working closely with operations, this person will step into a newly created role at the intersection of data, process, and business performance during a period of meaningful organizational evolution.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with high visibility, where the focus is on building rather than inheriting a mature BI function. Our ideal candidate enjoys creating structure from raw data, partnering with stakeholders, and developing their analytical toolkit, the role offers meaningful exposure, runway, and real impact. Experience in high-SKU manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce environments is a non-negotiable.
What You'll Do
Dive deeply into the ERP environment to understand how data is structured, what exists today, and where gaps or opportunities lie. Design, build, and refine Power BI dashboards and reporting that improve operational visibility and support financial analysis, and executive decision-making. Partner with accounting and operations to understand business questions, pain points, and reporting gaps, then translate those needs into clear, usable analytics. Apply strong MS Excel skills alongside Power BI to model, validate, and present data. Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and improve data quality, including thoughtful use of automation and emerging AI tools. Document logic, assumptions, and data sources to support transparency, repeatability and scalability. What You Bring
3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including data modeling & dashboard creation,
in a high-SKU environment such as manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or e-commerce required . Advanced MS Excel skills; able to work programmatically with complex data sets. Experience working with ERP data and large, multi-table data environments. A high level of curiosity and initiative; ability to listen for pain points and return with solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into insights for non-technical stakeholders. An interest in applying new technologies, including AI-driven tools, to improve efficiency and insight. Exposure to demand planning, operational reporting, financial analytics, or leadership-facing reporting is helpful. Willingness to work on-site in the San Fernando Valley area on a hybrid schedule.
Our client offers a base salary range of $83,000 to $106,000, plus a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of base salary, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and paid holidays.
