About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Restaurant & Quick Serve department in Bognor Regis!
In this exciting role, you’ll report to the Senior Kitchen Manager and play a vital part in running our kitchen while leading a dynamic team of up to 10 members per shift. At the heart of our values is making our guests smile, and you’ll ensure this happens consistently by keeping them at the center of all operational decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Resource planning and recruitment to build the best team for exceptional service.
• Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to standards.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

We’re looking for passionate individuals with experience in a similar role, or those eager to step up in their kitchen career!

Key qualifications include:

• A Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
• Confidence in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Experience in managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
