About Our Busy Bees Rugby Nursery

Our purpose-built, Ofsted Outstanding nursery in Rugby has a capacity for 84 children . Here, you’ll lead a dedicated and experienced team in a welcoming environment that prioritizes quality, consistency, and strong relationships with families.

Role Responsibilities

As a Nursery Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Required Qualifications

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education. You will be:

  • Resourceful and commercially minded
  • A strong leader with excellent communication skills
  • Organized with keen attention to detail
  • Capable of prioritizing your workload effectively
Qualifications and Experience:
  • NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3
  • Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education
