About Our Busy Bees Rugby NurseryOur purpose-built, Ofsted Outstanding nursery in Rugby has a capacity for 84 children . Here, you’ll lead a dedicated and experienced team in a welcoming environment that prioritizes quality, consistency, and strong relationships with families.

As a Nursery Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead & Inspire: Drive excellence and motivate your team.
- Quality Improvement: Enhance educational programs and operational processes.

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education. You will be:
- Resourceful and commercially minded
- A strong leader with excellent communication skills
- Organized with keen attention to detail
- Capable of prioritizing your workload effectively
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education
