• Collaborate closely with the General Manager to implement strategies that drive club targets and enhance member experience.
• Ensure smooth operations while adhering to health & safety and compliance regulations for everyone in the club.

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Has led a variety of functions with diverse challenges and goals across different departments.
• Is skilled in financial planning and management.
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
