As a Swim Instructor , you will engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals, whether in one-on-one or group sessions. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, allowing them to thrive both physically and mentally while fulfilling their full potential.

• Engage with members to help them achieve their swimming goals.
• Conduct both individual and group swimming sessions.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all participants.

• Qualifications: You must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for health and fitness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to our members.
