Your RoleWe are on the lookout for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers flexible shift patterns between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Please note, this is a full-year position as our nursery operates year-round.

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
- Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
- Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
- Maintain professional relationships and report any concerns in line with company policy.

What You NeedTo thrive in this role, you should have:
- A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
- Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
- Over 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable).
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
