Position: Level 3 Practitioner

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £27,476.80 per annum

We are on the lookout for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers flexible shift patterns between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Please note, this is a full-year position as our nursery operates year-round.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
• Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
• Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
• Maintain professional relationships and report any concerns in line with company policy.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
• Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
• Over 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable).
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
