Position: Level 2 Nursery Practitioner

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, All year round

Salary: £25,750.40

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, providing high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan a stimulating range of early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development.
• Engage as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
• Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification: Essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements: Desirable
