Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £27,476.80 per annum

Your Role

We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. If you hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and are eager to make a difference in early years education, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
  • Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
  • Maintain professional relationships and report any concerns in line with company policy.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (essential)
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS (desirable)

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate will be required for all posts, and this role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our Safeguarding Duty.
