divh2Senior Systems Administrator/h2pCACI is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems, manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. The Senior Systems Administrator will configure and manage primarily Windows and some UNIX operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliProviding the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems/liliProviding assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems/liliProviding Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems/liliProviding support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc./liliProviding support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers/liliOptimizing system operations and resource utilization, and performing system capacity analysis and planning/liliProviding in-depth experience in troubleshooting IT systems/liliProviding detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets/liliProviding support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process/liliConfiguring and managing primarily Linux/Unix (or other applicable) operating systems and installing/loading operating system software, troubleshooting, maintaining integrity of and configuring network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance/li/ulpRequirements include:/pulliTS/SCI with polygraph clearance/lili15 years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required./liliBachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree./liliGeneral familiarization with Tenable Nessus Manager - Connect clients, run scans, create vulnerability and compliance scans, upgrade audits and plugins files./liliLinux - Moderate systems administration knowledge to include installing OS, configuration, patching, identify and fix everyday issues./liliTrellix E-Policy Orchestrator - General familiarization, update system software, push agents and connect nodes./liliWindows 10/11, Server 2016/2019/2022 - General IT knowledge to install OS and configure devices, patch vulnerabilities./liliWindows Active Directory - Run domain controllers, configure users and computers, configure Group Policy in accordance with DISA STIGs, configure DNS and DHCP./li/ulpWhat You Can Expect:/ppA culture of integrity.
