The Business Analyst (BA) supports data-driven decision-making, product development, and enterprise initiatives by partnering on business discovery, requirements definition, and process design across the organization. This role serves as a critical bridge between leadership, product management, and delivery teamstransforming complex or ambiguous needs into well-defined problem statements, solution documentation, and decision-support artifacts. While the BA is primarily aligned to internal products and platforms, the role also supports select enterprise projects that require structured analysis, cross-functional coordination, or operational workflow design. The BA operates with a high degree of independence and judgment, accelerating intake quality, reducing downstream rework, and improving enterprise alignment across tools, processes, and initiatives. This role is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and is an in-office position. Responsibilities

Business Analysis, Product Intake & Enterprise Project Support Lead discovery efforts with business owners, product stakeholders, and department leaders to understand business needs, challenges, and desired outcomes. Translate business needs into clear, well-structured problem statements for internal products, enhancements, or enterprise initiatives. Own the quality and completeness of intake artifacts prior to Product Manager prioritization or governance review. Define current-state and future-state processes, identifying impacts to roles, workflows, systems, and data. Partner with Product Management to shape scope, MVP definitions, assumptions, constraints, and sequencing. Support enterprise projects sponsored by Strategy or executive leadership that require structured analysis, process design, or cross-department alignment. Identify risks, dependencies, and decision points early and communicate them clearly to stakeholders. Delivery Enablement & Requirements Definition Produce development-ready documentation such as: Business requirements User stories and acceptance criteria Workflow and process diagrams Functional and data requirements Provide clarification and refinement of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. Partner with Systems Development and delivery teams to resolve ambiguity during build. Support testing and validation efforts, including UAT coordination with business stakeholders. Validate delivered solutions against original business intent and success criteria. Process Mapping, Documentation & Operations Design and document end-to-end business processes across people, process, and technology. Identify opportunities for efficiency, standardization, automation, or improved handoffs. Ensure proposed solutions integrate cleanly with existing enterprise workflows and governance models. Support documentation efforts such as SOPs, workflow guides, and operational reference materials. Provide input on organizational design, functional alignment, and workload distribution where relevant. Continuous Improvement & Change Support Contribute to enterprise initiatives related to process improvement, operational alignment, and data consistency. Apply systems thinking and continuous improvement principles to product and enterprise work. Support change management activities including: Business readiness assessments Training and communication inputs Adoption checklists and rollout planning Partner with Strategy, Product, and business leaders to ensure solutions are implemented and adopted successfully. Technical Exposure & Skills Application Apply data analysis skills to support discovery, validation, and insight development. Use SQL or similar tools to support data validation and ad-hoc analysis. Collaborate with Enterprise Intelligence and analytics teams (Power BI preferred) on metrics and reporting needs. Work within Agile or iterative delivery environments, supporting incremental refinement and delivery. Develop familiarity with enterprise systems, internal tools, and core operational workflows. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or completion in progress). Certifications or coursework in business analysis, data analytics, process improvement, or related disciplines preferred. Knowledge & Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or enterprise process design. Demonstrated experience leading discovery and requirements definition for internal tools, platforms, or complex workflows. Proven ability to work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Strong experience with: Business requirements and process mapping Translating business needs into delivery-ready artifacts Stakeholder facilitation and cross-team coordination Proficiency in Excel and business analysis techniques. Working knowledge of SQL, relational data concepts, and BI tools (Power BI preferred). Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery environments.
