Our vision is to create a membership that users cant afford not to get, and one that becomes a reason users choose Coinbase over all other competitors./ppWhat youll be doing (job duties):/pulliBuild new services to meet critical product and business needs using Golang./liliDesign scalable systems to solve novel problems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices./liliArticulate a long term vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems and the teams running them./liliWork with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter./liliWrite high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers./li/ulpWhat we look for in you:/pulliMinimum 5 years of experience in software engineering./liliExperience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, and knowledge of service-oriented architecture./liliProficiency in writing high-quality, well-tested code./liliPassion for building an open financial system that brings the world together./liliLeadership skills to develop other engineers./li/ulpNice to haves:/pulliExperience in rapid company growth (from startup to mid-size)./liliExperience with Blockchain technology (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)./liliProficiency with Golang, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB./liliExperience in building financial, high-reliability, or security systems./liliCrypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services./li/ulpPay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility + equity eligibility**+ benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
