Responsibilities include:/pulliInstalling new software releases, system upgrades, evaluating and installing patches, and resolving software related problems./liliPerforming system backups and recovery./liliMaintaining data files and monitoring system configuration to ensure data integrity./liliRecommending and helping define policies and protocols that lead to efficient operations and improve the integrity of the systems./liliDeveloping and maintaining technical documents, including internal policies, procedures, and build instructions./liliDeveloping and maintaining scripts to automate work and perform it more efficiently./li/ulpQualifications include:/pulliFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field./liliStrong problem-solving skills and ability to plan and deliver technical solutions independently./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills./liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines./liliStrong analytical skills and attention to detail./li/ulpMinimum qualifications include:/pulliBachelors degree./liliCertifications: AWS Solution Architect Associate, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, AWS Solution Architect Professional, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)./liliAt least 5 years of related experience./liliClearance: Public Trust./liliCitizenship: US Citizen by birth or naturalization./li/ulpPay and benefits: The salary range for this position is $114,000 - $121,000 annually.
