Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a dedicated team of software engineers to deliver exceptional products and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote technical innovation and showcase proven experience. Develop and implement strategic technical initiatives that align with business objectives. Create a workplace that encourages continuous learning, growth, and improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in recruiting and managing technical teams with a focus on performance management. A minimum of 12 years of software engineering experience, or a combination of a Ph.D. plus 8 years, including technical management. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience managing other managers and 5+ years managing technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in mobile application development, specifically Android and/or iOS. Strong understanding of software development best practices, including design, testing, and deployment methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Experience in building and scaling connectivity layers or networking stacks for mobile platforms. Thorough knowledge of wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, UWB, and NFC. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready software in a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders in cross-functional teams. A track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent. Compensation Information: The expected salary range for this position is $219,000 to $301,000 annually, along with bonuses, equity, and benefits.
