who can harness the power of statistical modeling to forecast future trends and enhance business decision-making. You will interpret and apply extensive data analyses to refine products and processes effectively. In this role, you will develop and implement sophisticated algorithms and statistical predictive models to assess various scenarios and potential outcomes. You will also utilize advanced analytical techniques such as customer profiling, segmentation analysis, and data mining to analyze large datasets. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Mining and analyzing complex, unstructured datasets using advanced statistical, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques to drive data-informed decisions.
Conducting thorough research and modeling on organizational data.
Creating and applying algorithms or models that target key business metrics, aiming to enhance operations and address critical business queries.
Delivering insightful findings and analyses to support decision-making processes.
Managing highly complex issues with a high degree of autonomy.
Demonstrating expert knowledge in your subject area.
Providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.

Basic Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
A minimum of 7 years of progressively complex experience in data science, focusing on statistical modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Expertise in programming languages like Python, with familiarity in big data frameworks including PySpark, Apache Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field.
Proven success in leading large-scale data science projects.
Advanced knowledge in specialized areas of data science, such as deep learning, large language models, or natural language processing.
