Key Responsibilities As an integral member of the account team, collaborate with customers to ensure their long-term success by harnessing the power of AWS services to drive their business growth.
Develop and implement a cloud adoption strategy that delights our customers and cultivates strong relationships, leading to strategic revenue growth that achieves AWS objectives.
Become a trusted advisor by acquiring in-depth knowledge of AWS services, design patterns, and best practices while sharing this knowledge with clients and the broader AWS community.
Act as the customer's voice for AWS service teams to enhance and evolve the AWS platform.
Collaborate with fellow Solutions Architects to create reusable solutions addressing common business and architectural challenges.
Lead workshops and hands-on sessions to educate customers on effectively utilizing AWS services.
Networking with senior technical individuals within customer organizations to empower them as cloud advocates.
Contribute to customer-facing literature such as whitepapers and blog posts, and represent AWS at public events.
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new Solutions Architects through various programs.

Basic Qualifications 8+ years of relevant technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
5+ years of experience in IT development or implementation/consulting within the software or internet industries.
Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects) and their architecture and infrastructure requirements.
Experience engaging with end-user or developer communities.
Proven track record in managing relationships with SAP customers and partners.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP, and related tools.
Familiarity with SAP clean core design concepts, including using non-SAP technologies in areas such as Generative/Agentic AI, data, and analytics.
