About the Role The M365 Endpoint Solutions Architect will be key in analyzing, designing, and implementing endpoint management solutions using Microsoft technologies for our customers and partners. You will act as the technical leader for installing, configuring, and upgrading these services in various environments. This is a remote position; your home office setup will be based on SHI management guidelines. Key Responsibilities Design and implement Microsoft Intune device management solutions tailored to customer needs, including:
Microsoft Intune
Deployment across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
Apple Automatic Device Enrollment, Android Zero Touch
Implementing Autopilot and Manual Enrollment scenarios
Post-deployment configuration, Application packaging and deployment
SCEP Certificate deployment, Security baselines and standards (CIS, Microsoft, etc.)
Script creation and deployment (Bash, PowerShell, Batch, VBS)
Device troubleshooting, Intune Suite feature enablement
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (CfgMgr), Co-management enablement
Workload migration to Microsoft Intune
Configuration, troubleshooting and site management
Managing Entra ID, Conditional access, user and device groups
Collaborating with Microsoft Active Directory and Certificate Services
Leading migrations from other MDM tools to Intune
Developing migration strategies for tenant-to-tenant processes
Integration of Intune with third-party tools
Planning and troubleshooting Office software deployments
Creating detailed documentation to assess customer environments
Formulating technical roadmaps and design documents for implementations
Executing project plans and ensuring configurations are as per specifications
Serving as a subject matter expert on technical projects and guiding team members
Collaborating with sales teams to uncover and close new opportunities

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree in Computer Engineering or relevant experience.
5+ years of technical experience with increasing responsibilities.
3+ years of experience in designing and integrating Microsoft Endpoint Management technology.
3+ years of experience in migration to Microsoft Endpoint Management.
3+ years of experience in scripting for automation and deployment.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Salary range for this position is estimated at $100,000 - $150,000, inclusive of base salary and bonuses. Actual compensation will vary based on experience and market data.
