Henderson Engineers is in search of a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect for Operational Technology to join our dynamic team.
In this essential role, you will be responsible for researching and implementing best practices in cybersecurity for operational technology and solutions architecture to benefit our clients. This position involves defining a shared technical vision, conducting cybersecurity assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing consultancy to building owners. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with client objectives. Establish and maintain security policies tailored to design services and client facilities. Lead secure and scalable network architecture design and implementation. Guide clients through risk assessments and develop strategic mitigation plans. Provide ongoing cybersecurity support to optimize solutions throughout the lifecycle of building systems. Mentor and lead a team of cybersecurity consultants, promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement. Foster collaboration across various internal and external design disciplines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 10 years of experience in network and solutions architecture with a minimum of 8 years in operational technology cybersecurity. Leadership experience for at least 5 years, showcasing technical proficiency. Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP are required. Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk assessments, and security architecture.
