Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive roofing project estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and site conditions using estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
• Conduct detailed take-offs of roofing materials and labor costs to develop accurate pricing proposals.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to negotiate terms and finalize contracts that align with project budgets and company standards.
• Coordinate with construction teams to gather site-specific information, ensuring estimates reflect real-world conditions and constraints.
• Manage cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to maintain profitability and ensure adherence to budget targets.
• Assist in developing project schedules and resource planning in conjunction with construction management teams.
• Review contractual documents and scope of work to identify potential risks or discrepancies early in the process.

Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100, $150,000.00 per year
