Duties

• Prepare and serve breakfast items with attention to quality and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
• Set up breakfast stations, including arranging utensils, condiments, and food displays to create an inviting atmosphere
• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing exceptional guest service throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
• Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and food items to ensure smooth service flow
• Support catering or banquet setups when needed, ensuring timely and professional service delivery

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/host, server, or catering assistant is preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety protocols
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards and food safety compliance
• Experience in hotel or restaurant environments, including banquet or catering experience, is highly desirable
• A proactive attitude with excellent guest relations skills and a passion for hospitality excellence
