Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide essential care to patients and assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding under the supervision of nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care to patients in accordance with care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration)
• Assist patients with mobility, turning, and positioning
• Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients
• Document patient care services accurately and timely
• Help with transporting patients and equipment when needed
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

Qualifications:

• Current and valid CNA certification in (Illinois)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift and assist patients

Work Environment:

• Working in patient's homes
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• May be exposed to infectious diseases and bodily fluids
